This website and store are powered by Shopify and provide information, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") to you, the customer. By using our Services — including browsing, purchasing, or interacting — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for securing your login credentials. You may not assign, transfer, or license your account to anyone else.

2. PRODUCTS & CLAIMS

Our products are dietary supplements regulated under the U.S. Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All product descriptions are subject to change. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in our listings, but colors and packaging may vary depending on your screen, device, or production batch.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Orders are not binding until confirmed and payment is processed. We are not responsible for errors in submitted orders or delays in processing. Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold or exported.

5. PRICING & BILLING

Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and customs duties are additional unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times provided are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements and the fact that all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or buyer's remorse.

Exceptions are made solely for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All such claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to info@autophagynutrition.com with photographic evidence. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion. Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. All purchases are made with Truckee Wolf Consulting LLC dba Autophagy Nutrition. Shopify is not responsible for product claims, order fulfillment, or customer service related to your purchases.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services, you agree to first contact us at info@autophagynutrition.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Marin County, California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California.
