Overview
At Autophagy Nutrition, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and the fact that all products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Dislike of taste or flavor
- Ordering the wrong product or quantity
- Failure to read the product description or ingredient list prior to purchase
- Allergic reactions due to failure to review ingredients before purchase
We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and supplement facts carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund under these circumstances you must:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@autophagynutrition.com
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Provide a brief written description of the issue
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either ship a replacement within 3–5 business days or issue a full refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our discretion based on the evidence provided.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@autophagynutrition.com. All lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and work to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Autophagy Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages rejected or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees and no refund will be issued in these cases.
Health & Safety Notice
For health and safety reasons, dietary supplements cannot be resold or restocked once they leave our facility. This is consistent with industry standards and supports the integrity of our products for all customers.
