SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all U.S. states excluding Alaska and Hawaii using USPS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Please note: We are unable to ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses).

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations via FedEx, typically within 3–5 business days depending on destination.

Available regions include Canada, select European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and other destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Important: All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means the recipient may be responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon delivery. Autophagy Nutrition is not responsible for these additional charges.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@autophagynutrition.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Autophagy Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
